Lead Teams Through Adaptive Challenges

I participated in the pilot of this course. The SMEs and facilitators weave an excellent balance of assigning at-home work, sharing field experience, plus participating in both large and small groups. My key takeaways were in "a-ha" moments in discussing how companies tackle every day challenges and find opportunities all tied in a solid foundation of defined missions and values. I would recommend this course to any business leader looking to inspire themselves and their workforce.
